El Rancho Sol 357 Townhouse

This charming El Rancho 357 three bedroom townhouse is a home away from home; it oozes comfort whilst simultaneously being within easy reach of all the modern conveniences offered at the La Manga resort. With accommodation over three floors, there’s plenty of room to spread out. This townhouse is part of the El Rancho community, which has nine communal pools and access to the excellent facilities at Bellaluz Plaza. From the front door of El Rancho 357, you step into the luxurious living area which has doors to an outdoor terrace with barbecue, table and chairs; this means you can relax and enjoy the spectacular views over La Manga and the Mar Menor lagoon whilst having your evening meal. Inside the lounge, you’ll find satellite TV, and a DVD and CD player. The separate kitchen also has access to the terrace and is fully fitted with oven, hob and extractor, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

The lower ground floor houses the master bedroom, with double bed, safe, ceiling fan, and ensuite bathroom with twin basins. There is also a balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds, ceiling fan, ensuite shower room with twin basins, as well as the washing machine. The third bedroom is accessed via an external staircase on the front of the property, perfect if a little extra privacy is desired. It has twin beds which can be made into a double bed and ensuite shower room. The rustic El Rancho community features beautiful landscaped gardens which encircle the property.
